The Town of Hoosick Property Record Online System (“PROS”) is an interactive assessment website that allows property owners to search property information for any property in the Town of Hoosick. The Town of Hoosick PROS website allows property owners to review property assessment information, property inventory and search for comparable sales.

If you disagree with the Assessed Value recieved on your Change of Assessment (COA) Notice, please conplete and Informal Review application and submit to GAR Associates. 

Informal Review Applications can be found below.

 

All Informal Reviews must be submitted by March 31, 2024 to be considered. A seperate Review Application is required for all tax parcels to be reviewed.
